A,    Common Slabs: Normally , the quality index include the tolerance of the profile size , Un-plate , Angle, and the color         view etc. and we clarify them into them into 3 classes.—first class or A class (Exactly situation) , 2 nd Class or B        class(Perfect Situation), 3 rd Class or C Class ( Check Our situation only).

B,    Curve Panels ( Hollow Pillars) : The quality index include the tolerance of the profile size, linear, and the shape        profile, and the color view etc. Just as the flat panel, we individual them into 3 classes.—first class or A class (Exactly        situation) , 2 nd Class or B class(Perfect Situation), 3 rd Class or C Class ( Check Our situation).

But attention please ：

A 、 The tiny damages of the back edges of the Granite Tiles is allowanced cause by the stone character limited.

B 、 All the edges of the tile at the 1x 1mm beveled situation;

C 、 The strength of the Composite Glue just match to the industrial standard.

D 、 The general usage of the composite tiles is the Floor and the shorter wall 。

3 、 The indexes of the tops ( Pre-fabrication or completed tops)

A 、 The main index as same as the Slabs ；

B 、 The standard of the laminated edges ： One crack could happened at Granite tops, and 2 cracks could existed in the marble tops, and all the connection or cracks have to be nature and smoothly at the feeling;

C 、 All the shaped edges of the curved shape have to be smoothly;

D 、 The thickness of glue showed on the laminated edges of the tops have to less than 0.3mm ;

E 、 All the color of the tops, which consist of several parts , have to be similar between any 2 connected parts of them ;

C 、 Profile Tolerance: Within 0.30mm (from the products to the profile template)

D 、 Linearity error : Within 0.5mm / Linear Meter

E 、 Finishing: Match to the inquiry or the clients' samples;

7 、Water-jet Polished Medallion Quality Satandard

A 、 Shining Degree: > or =80 degree;

B 、 Color and veins: Normal standard above, and all the parts of one kind

of material, which showed in the same medallion ,have to be controlled in the same or similar each other;

C 、 The profile Tolerance: Within -0.5 – 1.00mm at the Diameter, and 0- -0.3mm at the Joints, linearity and the angles .

D 、 Any Abnormal color ,veins, obviously Glue, Crack, Broken showing are out of the medallion inspection standard allowance.

•  The basic inspection details as same as the Polished Medallion;

•  The standard linear error of the edges is: 0.3mm ;

•  The profile size error : Length -0.5 --- 0.0 mm , Width -0.3-- -0.0 mm , Thickness -0.3— 0.2 mm ;

•  The shortage allowance : Ref. to the details of inspection standard of Polished Medallion .
